Refund Policy

At Upskills (https://upskills.in), we strive to ensure our students have a rewarding learning experience. This policy outlines the terms and conditions for cancellations and refunds for our digital courses.

1. Cancellation Policy

  • User Cancellations: Since our courses are digital products and access is granted immediately upon purchase, users cannot “cancel” an order once the payment is successful. However, you may be eligible for a refund under the conditions listed below.
  • Platform Cancellations: Upskills reserves the right to cancel a course or a user’s access in cases of suspected fraudulent activity, violation of our Terms of Service, or technical errors. In such cases, a full refund will be processed if the user is not at fault.

2. Refund Eligibility

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for our courses, subject to the following conditions:

  • The refund request must be submitted within 7 days of the original purchase date.
  • The learner must not have consumed/viewed more than 1% of the course content.
  • The learner must not have downloaded the course completion certificate or any premium downloadable resources included in the course.

3. Non-Refundable Items

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Requests made after the 7-day window.
  • Courses purchased during a flash sale or using a specific promotional discount code (unless stated otherwise).
  • Bundled courses where at least one course has been significantly consumed.

4. Refund Process

To request a refund, please email us at support@upskills.in with your:

  • Full Name
  • Registered Email ID
  • Order ID / Transaction Reference
  • Reason for the refund (this helps us improve our content).

5. Refund Timelines (Razorpay Compliance)

Once your refund request is approved:

  • The refund will be processed back to the original payment source (Bank Account, UPI, Credit/Debit Card) used during the transaction.
  • Processing Time: It typically takes 5 to 7 working days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank’s internal policies.

6. Chargebacks and Disputes

We encourage users to contact our support team first to resolve any issues. In case of an unauthorized chargeback filed through a bank, Upskills reserves the right to suspend the user’s account until the matter is resolved.
