  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • Any unauthorized use of your account must be reported to us immediately.

2. Course Access and Lifetime Access

  • License to Use: When you purchase a course, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view the course content for your personal, non-commercial educational purposes.
  • Restrictions: You may not share your login credentials with others, resell the course, or download content illegally.
  • Lifetime Access: If a course is advertised with “Lifetime Access,” it means access for as long as the Upskills platform is operational and the course is available.

3. Payments and Taxes

  • All payments are processed in Indian Rupees (INR) through our secure payment gateway, Razorpay.
  • Prices for courses are subject to change without notice.
  • Taxes: All course fees are inclusive of GST as per Indian government regulations.

4. Intellectual Property

  • All content on Upskills, including videos, text, graphics, logos, and code, is the intellectual property of Upskills or its instructors.
  • Piracy Warning: Any attempt to record, reproduce, redistribute, or sell our content will lead to immediate account termination and legal action under the Copyright Act, 1957.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the platform for any unlawful purpose.
  • Post offensive, defamatory, or hateful comments in course discussion forums.
  • Attempt to hack or disrupt the website’s functionality.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • Upskills provides courses “as is.” While we strive for excellence, we do not guarantee specific career outcomes, salary increases, or that the website will be 100% error-free.
  • Upskills shall not be liable for any indirect or incidental damages resulting from the use of our services.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform without notice if you violate these Terms and Conditions. In cases of copyright infringement, no refund will be provided upon termination.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Thane, Maharashtra, India.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any significant changes by posting a notice on our homepage or via email.
